My name is Jason Pacheco, and I’m the founder and team leader of the Pacheco Homes Real Estate Team, proudly operating under Century 21.
I grew up in Cumberland and lived there for 21 years before eventually settling in Cranston, RI, where my wife and I now raise our twin daughters. I graduated from Cumberland High School in 2014 and found my way into real estate just four years later — and I’ve never looked back. Anyone who knows me will tell you real estate isn’t just my career, it’s my passion.
A few years into the business, I earned my broker’s license and became a Broker Associate, a milestone that pushed me to elevate the level of service I deliver. Today, I focus on guiding clients with clarity, strong communication, and unwavering representation. I’m committed to making the home buying and selling experience smooth, informed, and actually enjoyable — not just for my own clients, but for every client our team serves.
Outside of real estate, I’m a husband, a twin dad, a coffee lover, and a big New England Patriots fan (hopefully you are too, lol). Whether it’s exploring new restaurants, finding a great latte, or spending time outdoors with my family, I’m all about creating meaningful moments.
