My name is Jason Pacheco, founder and team leader of the Pacheco Homes Real Estate Team. I help buyers and sellers navigate real estate with clarity, confidence, and results.
Born and raised in Cumberland and now living in Cranston with my wife and twin daughters, I know Rhode Island — its neighborhoods, market trends, and opportunities — inside and out. I graduated from Cumberland High School in 2014 and entered real estate just a few years later. Since then, I’ve built my career on one simple principle: do right by people and deliver real results.
A few years into the business, I earned my broker’s license and became a Broker Associate — not for a title, but to elevate the level of service, strategy, and protection I provide my clients. Today, I’m known for strong communication, honest guidance, and relentless advocacy.
